Our food could be described as contemporary American, inspired by cultures around the world.
We source organically whenever possible—from the best local farms and purveyors, and never from factory farms—and believe in humane animal husbandry. We serve fish from sustainable and wild populations that are not endangered. Our goal is to support the health of our guests and the health of the planet. We offer many gluten-free and vegetarian dishes—from appetizers to desserts. (Here is a list of many of our producers and suppliers.)
